MY JOURNEY

 

I am Hannah Sapphire, founder of AQUATIC ARTIST.RY.   I travel the world and continually choose to immerse and study a lifelong path of Yoga , a union with the universe and natural world.  I am drawn to the somatic communion within the body, the elements.  For me this rich culture gives me "rasa" - a zest for life.  I have a deep love of Bhakti, devotional Temple Dancing  & singing Kirtan.  I love ritualising practices of the simple yet profound , allowing space for freedom of expression in balance and remembrance.  I like to hold spaces where we can bring us deeper into feeling the nourishment of life.  There is so much to know and so much to be revealed.  I feel secure in the power of dance and song as a transformative and spiritual art form for the formless love of this life to take shape. 

 

I have shared Wellness, Expression and Ceremonial Workshops around the world.  Over the years I have become a Musician. Finding music has been my medicine, both vocalising myself and feeling the miracle of my sound and the tones of the universe within is one of my deepest passions and treasures.  I adore to share these vocal spaces hearing our true nature and coming home.

 

Like water I flow and travel, making insightful connections, with communities in places around water.  I am committed to my artistic and spiritual pursuits, and feel my purpose here is to bridge the worlds of Earth and Water.    My world and work opened up to transformation when I found myself living by a Laguna of my wildest dreams. I began to Underwater Dance in this crystal water and go deeper in the cenotes..  I opened to the wise ways of Water, felt the connections to yoga and breath rentention and postures open up a whole new world to me underwater.

My explorations is now a fusion of Waterdance, Yoga & Song., storytelling  and creating spaces where sound , water and movement merge.  My artistic journey is about immersing myself and the environment in the oceanic essence.  I love to help people find that deep inner connection.

The awareness of being in one's nature brings much goodness to life, inner communication , expression and celebration.  I would love to share my work with you.

ART WORK | STORYTELLING  ..

Art is my passion and I enjoy both sides of the camera, and capturing the unspoken, the felt and the deep truths of the soul.  I enjoy both filming, shooting, designing concepts, acting, performing and editing.  It is all an art.  I have a history in screen acting and modelling which began as a spiritual venue for me to explore emotion. 

I love to film and storytell the natural wonders of life and capturing water above and underwater and playing with light and reflections, capturing movement particularly dance and how it is held in water underwater.  My work is mostly cinematic and with a romanticised vibe. I am able to capture ideas in adventurous locations and captivating places , both on land and in water.

I have been content creating for artists, brands and hotels who have the values of wellness, nature and beauty.   I create work for inspiring projects, particularly those who have positive activity for the environment , community and clean water.
